He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph Lavery Sr. and Florence Menghini Lavery; his son David Lavery; and his brother Bob Lavery. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Lavery of Rock Springs; his children, Richard Lavery of Green River, Thomas Lavery III of Grand Junction, Patricia Sydow of Louisville, Kathleen Lavery of Rock Springs and Theresa Garofalo; and his sister Norma Jordan of Cheyenne. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
