He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Spicer and Beverly Spicer; and his sister-in-law Cathy Spicer. He is survived by: his wife Debbe Spicer (Harrell); his children, Justin (Maggie), Sarah Mailloux (Alan) and Emily Guier (Zach); his grandchildren, Sophie, Hannah, Bella, Mia, Aubrey, Tyler, Ted, Eli, Elsie and Hedley; and his siblings, Bob (Debbie), Paul (Kathy), Sue (Charles) and Marci (Fritz). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was a member of the county planning and zoning board, airport board, the Wyoming Centennial Commission, The UW Foundation, and the UW Alumni Association.
