He is survived by: his former spouse Theanna Haaland Reum; his grandson Quentin; his siblings, James "Jim" Kalivas (Alice) of Golden, Colorado, Thomas Kalivas of Green River, Wyoming and Joy Walker (Howard) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his stepdaughter Heather Reum of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his stepgrandson Quentin Farmer; his uncles, George Camis (Pat) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Tom Camis of Boise, Idaho; and his aunt Sharon Camis of Sheridan, Wyoming. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
