He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Cole and Virginia M. Gurtowsky Cole; his mother-in-law Claudia Young; and his grandson Cortez Torres. He is survived by: his children, Steven Ryan Cole of Billings, Montana, Holly M. Troester (Jacob G. Troester) of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Meagan L. Rogers (Cory Rogers) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Claudia Chante Mebane of Colorado; his siblings, Dennis Cole (Lisa), Chris Cole (Patty), Susan Gansauge (Gary) and Judy Kaplan (Paul); his grandchildren, Shayleen Dae Troester, Keyara Nyte Troester, Lexi Rose Cole, Keegan Michael Rogers, Caleb Jon Rogers, Lydia Noelle Rogers, Hazel Jane Rogers, Jahkai Mebane, Hendrix James and Conner James; and his great grandchild Navin J. Troester-Leisch.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heart Senior Center (2400 Reagan Ave, Rock Springs, WY 82901-4531).
