He is survived by: his mother Melva Smith; his wife Patti Smith of Rock Springs; his children, Stevan Smith (Denyse) of Hixson, Mickey Smith (Meagan) of Rock Springs, Jennifer Hale (Robbie) of Rock Springs and Kristi Smith of Rock Springs; his siblings, Ronald Smith of Rock Springs, David Smith of Big Piney, Gene Smith of Farson, Dorothy Hurd (Dale) of St. George and Rose Bennett; and his grandchildren, Ashley Mooneyham (Justin), Zac Smith, Dillon Hale and Tanith Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
