He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lee Madden of Chico, California and Donna June Fisher; his wife Susan Madden of Greeley, Colorado; his sons, Joshua Lee of Dunnelon, Flordia and Jacob Ryan of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his grandchildren, Caitlynn, Hunter, Jaylyn, Logan and Malina.
