With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stella Thompson of Rock Springs, Wyoming, born in Keithsburg, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her father George F. Miller; her husband Wallace R. Thompson; her mother Hattie Miller (Wallace Thompson); her granddaughter Shentana Simpson; her sisters, Lois A. Miller-Roundy and Lena M. Eastman; her sons, Michael Buckner and Calvin Buckner; and her stepson Richard Scott Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin C (Christian) of Henderson, Nevada and Sarah Buckner of Henderson, Nevada; her daughter-in-law Debra Buckner of Green River, Wyoming; her sister Mary B (Riddell); her grandchildren, Jessica Buckner of Green River, Wyoming, Ashley Bert (Bryson) of West Jordan, Utah and Dustin Christian of Henderson, Nevada; and her great grandchildren, Jaycee Aragon of West Jordan and Taylor Dalton of Green River, Wyoming.. She is also survived by her children; grandchildren and sisters.
