She is survived by: her parents, Brett Jay Cook of Orem, Utah and Lori Ann Sanchez of Rock Springs; her sister Jordan Garner (Kurt) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; her grandparents, Verl Cook (Londa) of Provo, Utah and Tony Sanchez (Susan) of Pleasant Grove, Utah; and her nephews, Zaiden Garner and Camden Garner.
