He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Lorenz and Dorothy Franklin; and his siblings, Kim Lorenz and Cindy Smith. He is survived by: his close friend Edna Schlenz of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his children, Jason Schlenz and Crystal McClellan (James) of Eldorado, Kansas; and his siblings, Donny Hampton (Diane) of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Robert Lorenz (Janice) of Lafayette, Colorado, JoLynn DePoyster (Jerry) of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Shera Lorenz Minor (Paul) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Debbie Hancock of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by several cousins; nieces and nephew.
