He was predeceased by: his grandfather Richard Keelin. He is survived by: his parents, Robert L. Keelin (Meghan Quinn) of Bondurant, Wyoming and Dr. Cherie Stephenson (Mark) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his daughter Harmony Sprecher; his fiancée Kristina Franklin; his siblings, Josh Powell, Gavin Keelin, Shane Keelin, Brandon Clark, Christa Parker, Brittany Jordan, Daney Stephenson, Joanna Stephenson, Monica Stephenson, Kristyne Stephenson, Steffany Stephenson and Brittany Stephenson; his uncles, Richard "Butch" Keelin Jr., Dusty Fletcher and Cody Fletcher; and his grandparents, Rosemary Keelin, Robin and Cathy Fletcher. He is also survived by several aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces and nephews.
