It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert John Hay (Rock Springs, Wyoming), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 30, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hay and Isabell Kennedy Hay; and his brothers, Herbert Hay and Eugene Hay. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Hay of Rock Springs; and his children, Robert Hay (Mary Messmer) of Denton, Lynn Himebauch of Shawano and Peggy Little (Kim) of Rock Springs. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
