He was predeceased by: his father Frank Cunningham. He is survived by: his mother Dottie Cogswell of Ohio; his former wife Charlotte Ann Frame; his wife Charlotte "Char" Cunningham of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his mother-in-law Betty Gray of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his sons, Tommy Cunningham (Shandi) of West Jordan, Utah, Ryan Cunningham (Jaime), Ricky Cunningham (Sergio) of Albuquerque, Nic Starr (Natalie) of Byesville, Ohio and Kelly Starr of Canton, Ohio; his siblings, Tom Cunningham (Janet) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Sherri Starr (Howard) of Ashtabula, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Kaeden Starr, Kamrielle Cunningham and Landen Cunningham. He is also survived by several aunts; uncles; nieces and nephews.
