He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bruce Locke and Evelyn Nash. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Locke of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his sons, Christopher Locke of Fort Greely, Alaska and Steven Locke of Anchorage, Alaska; his brothers, Ross Steffler of Los Angeles, California, Robert Locke (Gay) of Atlanta, Georgia and Tommy Locke (Randy) of New Jersey; and his granddaughter Helen Marie Locke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
