It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Jennings of Rock Springs, Wyoming, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Parker and Gayle M. Chute Parker; and his brothers, Jay C. Parker and John L. Parker. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Parker of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his children, Justin Parker (Nikki) of Rock Springs and Mellissa Plemel (Shawn) of Rock Springs; his grandchildren, Cheylynn Parker, Amrey Plemel, Ashlyn Plemel, Zoey Hudgens and Brantley Parker; and his sister Karen Anderson. He is also survived by several cousins; nieces and nephews.
