He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis Campbell and Julia Davis (Donald); and his brother Bill "Budge" Campbell (Sheryl). He is survived by: his girlfriend Patty Sidebottom; his daughters, Stacy Deru (Ryan) and Nancy Eddy (Kevin) of Yukon, Oklahoma; his brother Mark Campbell (Nancy) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his grandsons, Boko, Finn, Colton and Alex; and his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Campbell, Joey Campbell, Wendie Gregory, Markie Kelly and Brandy Rizzi.
