She is survived by: her children, Stevan Smith (Denyce), Mickey Smith (Meagan), Jenny Hale (Robbie) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Kristi Smith of Rock Springs, Wyoming; her siblings, Rusty Evanoff of Pueblo, Colorado, Michael Evanoff of Carthage, Texas and Sally Melvin of Longmont, Colorado; her grandchildren, Ashley Mooneyham (Justin), Zac Smith, Dillon Hale, Tanith Smith, Willow Smith and Lennox Smith; and her great grandchildren, Decker Mooneyham and Duke Mooneyham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
