He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph Bullock and Bonnie Louise Duncan; and his brother-in-law David Petrie (Dyan). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Petrie Bullock of Rock Springs; his children, Jenille Thomas (Jeremy) of Rock Springs, Kelcey Bullock of Rock Springs, Niki Bullock of Gillette, Wyoming and Karl Melton (Misty) of Columbia City, Indiana; his sisters, Leslie Wells of Georgia and Robin Bullock; his grandchildren, Jonathan Melton, Syncere Moss, Peter, Pierce Moss, Kiana, Nieli, Tacari, Najaira and Josslynn Thomas; and his brother-in-law Risa of Casper, Wyoming. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
