She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph L. De Wulf and Helen Brown De Wulf; her husband Herb Evans; her sister Dolores; her brothers-in-law, William O'Farrell and Pete Radman; and her nephew Joe Radman.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia Radman; her nephew Dave Radman; and her nieces, DeAnn (Steve Jenkins), ZoAnn Byrnes, Joanie (Dave Paoli), Kathleen (Michael Kottenstette), Laureen Powell and Colleen (Charlie West).
