Though Luis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Luis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Saavedra; and his sister Veronica Saavedra. He is survived by: his daughters, Danni Saavedra-Dillon (Brodi) of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Joey Saavedra (Colton) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Jordyn Saavedra of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his mother Dolores Saavedra of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his siblings, Juan Saavedra of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Jose Saavedra (Sharalee) of Evanston, Wyoming, Laura Saavedra of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Maria Villalpa (Pedro) of Eagle Mountain, Utah; and his grandchildren, Thomas Saavedra, Sutton Dillon and Brixley Dillon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
