It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Dean Mullins (Rock Springs, Wyoming), who passed away on April 3, 2020, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta L. Miera; his brother Joe Garnica of Rock Springs; and his uncle Tony Miera. He is survived by: his father Joe N. Garnica (Roberta) of Rock Springs; his significant other Isaac Mora of Denver, Colorado; and his siblings, Jimmy Mullins of Rock Springs, Cellia Miera of Rock Springs, Frieda Garnica of Rock Springs, Patricia Estrada of Rock Springs, Tina Garnica of Rock Springs and Jolena Garnica. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
