He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Wilbert Crouch and Elizabeth Frances Beane; his wife Patricia Crouch; his daughter Sandra Crouch; and his brothers, Arthur Crouch, Leonard Crouch and Hugh Crouch.
He is survived by: his son John E. Crouch (Cheryl) of Green River; his siblings, Robert Crouch of South Dakota, Leroy Crouch of Washington, Estelle Crouch of Rock Springs and Sara Greene of Green River; his grandchildren, Alanna D. Akers Crouch and Devon A. Slaugh; and his great grandchildren, Ashton, Kamryn and Kalen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
