With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Coulthard of Rock Springs, Wyoming, who passed away on February 25, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Habel and Marguerite Habel; her siblings, Dona Johnston (Cheyenne) and Larry Habel; her daughters, Karen Leann Tapp of Cheyenne, Sharon J. VonSeggern (Joe) of Cheyenne and Lori Jo Butner of Cheyenne; and her grandchildren, Michael Capps David (Jennifer) and Nicole Smiley Jessica (Steve).
