She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett E. Menghini and Hazel Mattonen Menghini; her husband Glenn Mason; and her sons, Jim Mason and Paul Mason.
She is survived by: her son Rick Mason of Omaha, Nebraska; her sisters, Patricia "Pat" Johnson (David) of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Annette Johnson (Robert "BJ") of Rock Springs, Dorothy Bonomo (Gary) of Rock Springs and Lynn Hay (Keith) of Rock Springs; her granddaughter Cassandra Mason of Henderson, Nevada; and her great grandchild Rory James Mason. She is also survived by several cousins; nieces and nephews.
