He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sue Riggs; and his brother Sean Dean. He is survived by: his parents, Jacob "Jake" Wylie (Elizabeth) of Lubbock and Karalyn "Kari" Spence (Christopher Blake) of Lubbock, Texas; his fiancée Mary Gunyan of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his sons, Alan Wylie Riggs of College Place, Washington, Oliver Jack Riggs of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Waylon Jacob Riggs of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his siblings, Bethani Dietz (Ryan) of Port Orchard, Washington, Adrianne Dean (Derek Sones) of Lubbock, Texas, Jillian Spence (Dauntay Woods) of Lubbock, Texas and Koleson Berg of Lubbock, Texas; and his grandmother Sharlene Pickett of Lubbock, Texas. He is also survived by one aunt; four uncles; several cousins; nieces and nephews.
