She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Harvey Collins and Ruth Salone Ingram; and her brother Edgar Collins. She is survived by: her former spouse Fred-Hutton; her daughters, Windi Ruiz (Travis) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Ruth Fredann Soto (Mario) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Q'alanya Reed of Denver, Colorado, Daniel Reed of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Alex Ruiz of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Erikka Soto of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Alex Soto of Rock Springs, Wyoming; and her cousins, Bruce Collins (Teresa) of Rock Springs, Wyoming. and Willie Collins (Brenda Collins) of Rock Springs, Wyoming..
