She is survived by: her mother Cheryle Robinson Carter of Rock Springs, Wyoming; her siblings, Joe Carter Jr. (Kari) of Fort Collins, Colorado and Susan Johnson (Robert) of Cheyenne, Wyoming; her nieces and nephews, Amanda Rollin, Danielle Hiler, Breanna Johnson, Hannah Carter, Wesley Carter, Drew Rollin, Caleb Carter, Jordan Tucker, Cameron Carter and Robert Johnson; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava Burgess, Laiyanna Johnson, Deonte Carter, Sebastian Rollin, Carter Johnson, Isaiah Hiler, Khalil Carter and Keyon Johnson.
