Derby (Rock Springs, Wyoming), born in Riverton, Wyoming, who passed away on February 15, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Derby and Ruth Nelson; and his son James Derby II. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy Cook of Seminole and Patricia "Patty" Lambert of Robertsdale; and his siblings, Dean Derby of North Dakota and Mildred of Seattle. He is also survived by several grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, one great grandson, as well as several nieces and nephews.
