He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Edward Hansen Sr. and Dorothy Corwith Hansen; and his aunt Doris Hansen. He is survived by: his son Joel E. Hansen (Theresa) of Cheyenne; his grandchildren, Heidi Hansen (Patrick Rowe) of Fort Collins, Colorado. and Simon Edward Rowe; and his siblings, Dale Hansen of Rock Springs and Janeen Hilyard (Ted) of Elko, Nevada..
