He is survived by: his parents, Glen Eldon Covington and LeeAnn McLain Covington of Fort Bridger, Wyoming; his wife Misty Covington of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his brother Jace Covington of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his daughter Avelyn Covington of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his stepchildren, Zoe Botz of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Matthew Botz Jr. of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Zane Botz of Rock Springs; and his grandparents, Ray, Pat McLain of Green River, Wyoming, Eldon and Arlene Covington of Fort Bridger, Wyoming. He is also survived by several aunts; uncles and cousins.
