He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Horn of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his children, Todd Horn (Toni) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Kimberly Horn of Gillette, Wyoming; his granddaughters, Brittany Seymour of Gillette, Wyoming and Samantha Seymour (Traison Dunlap) of Reliance, Wyoming; his great grandchild Nixon Latta of Gillette, Wyoming; and his pet Scooter.
