He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester H. Perry and Edna Marie Perry; his wife Margaret DePoyster; his parents-in-law, Lewis and Lohrine DePoyster; his son-in-law Jesse Wagner; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Anderson (Roger) and Wilber Bryars.
He is survived by: his daughters, Emmy Nielsen (Thomas) of Rock Springs and Stacy Wagner of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his siblings, Lyle "Butch" Perry (Vickie) of Trinity, Texas, Karen Cushman (Keith) of Shelbyville and Carol Ann Bryars of Mobile, Alabama; his brother-in-law Jerry DePoyster (Jolynn); his grandchildren, Jordon Harbison, Charlei Nielsen, Amanda Williams, Kristina Garramone, Shelby Edwards and Dakota Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Elliot, Wells, Hayden, Hudson, Emberlie and Graesyn. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
