He was predeceased by: his parents, Zong Hong Mei and Yu Yin Ruan. He is survived by: his wife Ji Ai Huang; his children, Zhi Bin Mei (Caifeng Chen) of Rock Springs, Joyce of Rock Springs, Chang Mei (Mei Mei) of Rock Springs and Sui "Susie" Leo (Mark) of Green River; and his grandchildren, Sean Leo, Austin Leo, Alex Leo, Kevin Mei, Tony Mei, Michael Mei and Andy Mei. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
