He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Starkey of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his children, Jason Starkey of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Joshua Starkey and Michelle Spencer of Port Richey, Florida; and his grandchildren, Trayden Starkey, David Spencer, Carolyn Spencer and Amber Borth. He is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
