It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald John Palmer of Rock Springs, Wyoming, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Roosevelt Palmer and Nora Carter Palmer; and his sister Jeanine Eastman. He is survived by: his wife Bertha "Sue" Palmer of Green River, Wyoming; his children, Heather Palmer of Clinton, Utah, David Palmer (Lori) of Green River, Wyoming, Steve Palmer (Dru) of Lander, Wyoming and Jeff Palmer of Bountiful, Utah; his sister Sharon Hoffman of Evanston, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Ashton Visser-Palmer of Roy, Utah, Cooper Palmer (Kyler) of Rock Springs and Alex Palmer of Bozeman, Montana; his daughter Kandi Frink (Mike) of Green River, Wyoming; and his grandson Jeff Frink (Kristin). He is also survived by five great-great grandchildren.
