It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Evila Valdez (Rock Springs, Wyoming), born in Chacon, New Mexico, who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Valdez; her parents, Julian Lovato and Claudia Lovato; her siblings, Vidilia Trujillo, Lora Sanchez, Margaret Owen and William Lovato; and her stepson Albert Valdez.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Haley St (Jacob), Cathy Zuno and Joseph Valdez-Rock Springs; her stepchildren, Anthony Valdez-Las Vegas and Darlene Gonzales Las Vegas; her siblings, Tina Whipple (Bill), Ruth Martinez, Emily Jacoby (Rick), Lisa Gonzales (Bill), Jose Lovato of Cheyenne Wy, Ernie Lovato (Kris) of Cheyenne Wy, Henry Lovato of Cheyenne Wy, Bernie Lovato (Kristie) of Cheyenne Wy and Gloria Lovato; and her grandchildren, Erica Porter, Maria Valdez, Angelina Valdez, Neveah Magana, Julian Valdez and Gabriel Haley.
