He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Sr. Wadsworth and Evelyn Wadsworth (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Goodrow (Gouley); his daughter Tracy; his son-in-law Alan Rivard of Beaverton; his children, Donald Eyerly of Independence, Michelle Lucas (Donny) of Independence and Matthew Wadsworth of Indiana; and his siblings, Terry Wadsworth and Pamela Jay Wadsworth. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
