He is survived by: his mother Virginia Smith Duzik of Rock Springs; his significant other Kim Bryan of Rock Springs; his daughter April Fassett (Chase) of Green River; and his sister Rita Hunt of Reliance. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
