He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Josephine Fantin and Eileen Kershisnik; and his uncle John Lehl. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Fantin and Debra Fantin of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his brother James Fantin-Hardesty (Kaylee) of Loveland, Colorado; his aunts and uncles, Janet Goldman (Rod), Carey Mattinson (Gerald), Debbie Johnson (Bob), Cheri Howe (Darin), Carolyn Lehl, John Kershisnik and John Fantin (Pam McGarvey); and his cousins, Robbie Goldman (Carmen), Brian Goldman (Kimmie), Morgan Splichal, Tiffany Paradis (Dan), Ashton Mattinson, Jonathon Lehl (Natalie), Robin Johnson (Erika), Christian Johnson (Mackenzie), Krista Ferraro (Craig), Mitch Fantin, Kyle Howe, Kali Lenhart (Baley), Kelci Schutz (Will) and Vickie Tenniswood.
