With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Michael Fullmer of Rock Springs, Wyoming, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on October 11, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Emerson Fullmer (Elda) and Elda Parkin; his close friend Candice Arnold of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his children, Aaron Fullmer (Shoni) of Rock Springs, David Fullmer (Wenona) of Farmington, Jennifer Fullmer of Albuquerque, Mandy Sexton (Ted) of Farmington and Lori Shuley (Mike) of Grantsville, Utah; his siblings, Steven Fullmer (Mary), Connie Maughan of Kaysville and Cindy Cordiary of Murray, Utah; and his daughter Robyn. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren; expecting one great-grandchild soon; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
