He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Martin Frandsen and Mary Agnes Evers; and his mother-in-law Sally Callas. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Isaac and Mary; his wife Billie Lou Frandsen of Rock Springs; his sons, Christopher Frandsen (Sarah) and Isaac of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his sister Karen Frandsen (Kip Kiser) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; and his father-in-law William Callas of Rock Springs, Wyoming. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews.
