He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Mario and Joan Patricia Pomije Berti. He is survived by: his children, Lori Lynn Berti of Aurora, Colorado and Charles Anton "Tony" Berti Jr. (Nikki) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his siblings, Paul D. Berti of Rock Springs and Mary Catherine Berti of Tempe, Arizona; his former wife Phyllis Berti-Anderson of Denver, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Brennan Berti and Easton Berti.
