He is survived by: his parents, Bert Miller and Pat Chipp Miller of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his sister Kristie Hopper (Brett) of Grants Pass, Oregon; his nieces, Hailee Hopper and Ella Hopper; and his pet Gunner.
