She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dempsey and Janice Day. She is survived by: her parents, Jerome Day (Jerry) and Deborah Dean (Jim); her sons, Koby Smith and Sawyer Hogan; and her brothers, James Day Dylan Day (Hayden) and Terry Hogan.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ashley Valley Funeral Home (410 800 W St, Vernal, UT 84078). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Vernal Memorial Park (1700 S Vernal Ave, Vernal, UT 84078).
