He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Vase and Goldie May Lewis; and his sister Letitia Willett. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Peterson; his son Miles Vase (Joyce) of Rock Springs; his siblings, Tom Dewester (Amy) of Grapevine, Rebecca "Becky" Dewester of Rock Springs and Barbara Romero (Max) of Omaha, Neb; his siblings-in-law, Peggy Peterson of Albany, Jean Peterson of Grand Island, Neb, Gail Johnson of Plattsmouth, Neb and Rex Peterson (Janet) of Lincoln, Neb; and his grandchildren, Brody Ray Vase and Brooklynn Dee Vase of Rock Springs. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
