She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Portillo and Angelina Portillo; her sister-in-law Eloisa Portillo (Ralph); her niece Ashley Fletcher; and her nephew Kevin Fletcher.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Leeper; her sons, Carl Bennett (Joanna) and Steven Bennett (Amanda); and her siblings, Ralph Portillo (Fidelis), Josephine Portillo of Rock Springs, Karen Petty (Ken) of Rock Springs and Sharon Seymour (Dave) of Rock Springs. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
