He is survived by: his former wife Debra Sue Andersen; his wife Debbie Hawkins of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his daughters, Melissa Bates (Josh) of Rock Springs and Jennifer Green (Jeremy) of Arvada, Colorado; his siblings, Jim Hawkins (Jan) of Arizona, Mary Cowperthwait (Bob) of Battleground, Washington and Anita Gouger of Ridgecrest, California; his brother-in-law David Ellis of Washington; and his granddaughter Parker Grace Bates. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and his beloved dog, Buddy.
