He was predeceased by: his father George Thomas Green; and his brother Terry Green. He is survived by: his wife Cathryn; his children, Tim Green, Heidi Westover (Matt), Shelly Hall (Ryan), Kye Jensen (Lori) and Holly Pfeifer; and his siblings, Alan Green, Norma Lee Cox and Susie Flinders. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
