He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kasper and Marth Lucinda Kasper (Congelton); and his wife Cecilia Mae Miles-Kasper. He is survived by: his children, James Joseph Kasper (Kelley), Timothy John Kasper (Kim), Nella "Susie" Sue Kasper-Wright (Chris) and Anna Marie Kasper-Wolfe (Ed); and his siblings, John F. Kasper and Patricia Kasper-Cheney.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (2203 W Main St, Riverton, WY 82501). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Catholic Church. The inurnment will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Mountain View Cemetery (3540 W Main St, Riverton, WY 82501).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, St. Stephen's Catholic Church, or the donor's choice.
