She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kenneth Downey and Marguerite Harriett Chapin Downey; her husband Dick; her grandson Shane Deal; her great grandchild Kyler Kobbe; and her siblings, James Downey (Jim) and Dorothy Downey.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Deal (William) of Casper, Scott Whitlock (Sheila) of Stayton, OR, Paula Whitlock of Lander and Linda Denevan (Danny) of Lander; her grandchildren, Kendra Deal, Shawna Berg, Jolene Deal, Corey Whitlock, Justin Whitlock, Dea Kobbe, Tawnie Eisele, Ace Hancock, Brice Denevan, Evan Denevan and Vanessa Denevan; and her sisters, Donna Cielinski of Montana and Kathleen Mathews of Texas. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
