He is survived by: his former wife Marie Ann Fillion; his children, Todd and Laura; his wife Marie "Ann" Hicks of Riverton, WY; and his siblings, Kermit Gerald Hicks and Leona Hicks Witmer (Lee). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
